Returns (No Exchanges)

We do not offer exchanges—only returns for refunds or store credit.

Return Conditions

 Accepted if:

  • Requested within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • Product is unused, with original tags and packaging.

 Not accepted if:

  • Returned after 7 days.

  • Shows wear, damage, or alterations (e.g., stains, removed tags, washed).

  • Intimate items (lingerie, swimwear) for hygiene reasons.


Return Process

  1. Contact us within 7 days to request a return.

  2. Ship the item back (customer covers return shipping costs).

  3. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund/store credit.

  4. After requesting the return, the documentation request process may take up to 15 business days. Once the pickup request has been made with the carrier, the collection is expected to take place within 48 business hours.

Refund Options

  • Money back: Refunded to your original payment method (5–10 business days) or via bank transfer (up to 30 days).

  • Store credit: Instant credit for future purchases.

Note:

  • Partial returns? Only the returned item(s) will be refunded.

  • Defective items? Report within 30 days for a free return label (if approved).


Shipping Costs
